Electronic R&D Design Services
The design process in Onlab starts with converting the requirements of our partner to a technical specification. In order to fit the requirements of the target application, the latest hardware technologies, control algorithms and software are combined and prepared to our partners.
Hardware Design
Experienced Onlab hardware designers create the electronic circuit schemes that contain the analog and digital components of your project. Then the pre-verification of the design is done with the help of the simulation programs.
Our experienced PCB designers create the printed circuit designs of the verified schemes according to the PCB design principals, EMC and standard security requirements.
Hardware design process proceeds with functional verification tests, heating and stress tests, EMC and environmental tests, field tests etc. along the project. The revisions and improvements are done since the beginning of the design according to the requirements of our partner. At the end of the project, the working prototypes, related documents and reports are delivered.
Software Design
Experienced Onlab software designers start the design by choosing the correct microcontroller platform(ARM tabanlı: NXP, Atmel, ST, Infineon, Cypress; TI C2000, Renesas RX ve RZ, Microchip dsPIC) from 8-bit to 32-bit according to your project requirements.
According to the technical specifications of the project; the flow schemes, software architecture and behavioural design documents are created. The software designer, software quality and test engineers carry out the design process with the coordination of the project leader.
The software design process proceeds with functional verification tests, standard approval tests, field tests etc. along the project. The revisions and improvements are done since the beginning of the design according to the requirements of our partner. At the end of the project, the working prototypes, related documents and reports are delivered.
Mechanical Design
The next step for electronic designs is the mechanical box and connection elements.
The environmental effects (water, dust, and vibration), EMC requirements, thermal performance, incombustibility and impact resistance are the input criteria of the mechanical design.
